"Building regulation drawings Joe was professional and understood the requirements very well. He prepared for me building regulations drawings which have been a great help in dealing with the builders and regulators. He was responsive to my requirements, and was able to additionally provide planning drawings at short notice to assist in a successful planning application. I would recommend him for planning / building regulation work. (Updated on 21 Feb 2018)"

"Garage conversion and potential extension Joe has been a terrific help all the way through the process of my extension, with his Initial drawings, giving us different possibilities of what we could have done and a quick turnaround! All prices were clear and felt that he understood what we wanted out of this project. Also, Really pleased with the continued advice we received to help get the build underway, a great service!"
