"Three windows installed. Quote seemed reasonable. The work was performed efficiently and courteously throughout. Only time will tell on the quality of the work, but looks good at the moment. The fitter was on time, and kept us informed of progress throughout. Site left clear at the end. Could have been improved if the fitter had talked through what maintenance is required before he left. He also accidently left an old window on the roof overnight with high winds due but was very apologetic the next day, and no harm was done."
