My husband and I looked everywhere … our only option was to change the barrel and keys. A moment of inspiration led to my speaking with a member of the technical service staff, IJ, who was all three of those words I used in the title: professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All has turned out well … and, although no purchase was required, I was eager to acknowledge my appreciation. Next time I have any glazing-related needs, … Solent!"
