Charles turned up every day on time and left the place spotless when he left, taking away all debris (house was left cleaner than when he arrived). My wife is pregnant and the team reconnected the toilet every night (thank you). In terms of cost, there were no unexpected surprises and Charles was great at explaining each step of the process. Can't recommend enough."
