Custom Landscaping

Back and front patio renovation BUYER BEWARE!!! The design ideas are good and Jamie Jackson talked a good game. BUT... Communication is non existing which led to never ending frustration on our part. The vision we had agreed to did not materialise. Instead we ended up with Jamie's idea of what our back garden should look like. Though from a distance it is nice it is not what we signed off when we handed the contact to Custom Landscaping The job site was alway a mess throughout the whole project. We also had to field numerous complaints from our neighbours about this company's work practises.The project over run by 3 weeks and is still not completed 4 weeks after the final payment.This crew did not remove any of the plants as requested and the one plant we did want to keep was completely destroyed! The front wall's top course has not been replaced but very poorly repaired. The patio has not been sealed. All of this was included in the quote. There are several loose paving slabs and the easy joint is breaking up in several spots. The top and second steps are collapsing causing a trip hazard.When CL left our property for the last time we discovered that our brown garden recycling bin was filled to the very top with rubble and general rubbish generated by them. there was also a long list of damage caused by their works that was pointed out to Jamie but he simply ignored. Jamie Jackson from Custom Landscaping gave us a masterclass in corner cutting. My advise? AVOID CUSTOM LANDSCAPING
