"We engaged Dave based on recommendation and by viewing the quality of his work beforehand. He liaised with us throughout the project, was considerate to our needs whilst we remained living in the property and did an excellent job. He is not fazed by anything, like the unexpected find of a bomb shelter when creating the patio and looked for innovative solutions. He is a perfectionist, paying attention to detail and producing quality work. We are delighted with the work he has carried out."

His attention to detail was beyond expectation adding value to the overall job . Dave is a perfectionist and this aspect of his character shown through the entire job . He never went missing and even now a year past the development conclusion he is available to answer questions and queries .Further he is very trustworthy , respectful , liaised well with difficult neighbours and is a credit to his trade . Gave him three chances to come out and quote. Called instantly first time I contacted him but then didn’t turn up. He apologised a week later by text so gave him another chance and still didn’t bother responding. Tried to call and no answer.
