On this occasion, I’d originally asked him to service the boiler and provide a gas safety certificate but my tenants had been having problems with a shower - which another plumber had been unable to correct - so I asked Duane if he’d mind looking at that too. Duane went out of his way to fit with the times my tenants were available and was able to diagnose the shower problem and solve it. While there, he also unblocked the toilet and found a leak in a washing machine hose which he replaced! Great guy, no hesitation in recommending him!"
