As part of the job, he did safety checks in the gas supply - something I haven't seen others do - and found 2 leaks. He got onto the phone to Transco for them to make repairs, handled it all himself and stayed until everything was sorted and safe. We're very happy with everything - he's very reliable, friendly, conscientious and professional, left everything in a good state and very reasonable cost.”
