Repair 2 cracks in the roughcast I found this site as I was trying to arrange for some work to be done on my dads house which is in Perth and I am in Glasgow. David contacted me out of 3 that I contacted. He agreed to do the job after seeing photos of the things I needed sorted. He gave me a day when he could do it and price. He went out as agreed. He notified me he had done the job. A pleasure to deal with a tradesman who does what they say and on the day they say they will do it. Will use this site again. Thanks David.

Roughcast newly built biomass heating plant at Cupar Garden Centre. He had to Render/Harl a wall which was done to a very high standard and he has very good timekeeping (turned up when he said he would). Would always use Mr Robertson as his workmanship is always done to a very high standard, this is the second time I have used him for a job and once again very pleased. Also never asks for payment until you're completely satisfied.

Remove all previous roughcast from the front elevation of house. Ensure surface suitable for roughcast application. Re- Roughcast house to customers choice of colour. Dave came to us through a friends recommendation. We required to have the front of the house roughcaste and sought quotes from two other builders. We were less than impressed with their tardiness, excuses, then sketchy pricing. When Dave came the experience was entirely different, he explained exactly what was needed, took time to consider our requirements then gave us a very reasonable time frame and we were very happy with the price quoted for the work. This gave us the confidence to proceed. The job was carried out professionally, in the time frame discussed and we were very happy with the finished job. I would have no problem in recommending Dave Robertson to others.

Fix a few external render cracks on house David got in touch quickly and came out within a couple of days. The work was completed to a high standard and for a reasonable price. All the cracks have been repaired and we will be sending further work David's way in the future.
