Included fixed cost elements (under full control of contractor) and schedule of rates based estimates for other items ( kitchen, lighting, bathrooms fittings etc) cost depending on fittings selection by client. Work completed within 10% of estimate mainly due to client specifying additional/more expensive fittings. Work completed in 5 months compared to estimate of 4 months. Quality of work good. Personal client facing service and work management by Proprietor Alain Haddad very courteous, responsive, straightforward and transparent. Can highly recommend."
