David and his son, Aaron came to view the property and identified two issues: rising damp in the front & rear and a small leak to the front of the property. An injection of a cream damp-proof membrane was injected, front & rear, the leak identified and fixed and the walls and ceiling replastered. It’s clear from the drying plaster that the leak and damp are fixed. David & Aaron have carried out a brilliant job. And we would use them again without hesitation. David undertook Rising Damp Remediation in a bedroom and also supplied and fitted a Positive Ventilation System installation to help prevent condensation issues in the house. He did an excellent job on both counts. He was friendly, hard-working and punctual and cleaned-up on completion.
