DBF Decorating Services

When originally left site the painting looked good. After several downpours over a few weeks the paint has started to blister. The painter had scraped the original wall, added a stabilser then put two coats of paint on. The stabilser had reacted with the paint and blistered. It looks awful especially as we painted the rest of the house and thats fine. He wouldnt come and look at it and still hasn't. He firstly promised to fix it then said he couldnt fix it so would refund some money. No refund, no response to emails. A builder said it had flaked as stabiliser is not breathable and for new mortar
