Quote came through when he said it would, price was agreed Then Dan and Ian turned up and started the work on the day agreed and finished the job on the day agreed. Both were polite and respectful, made my wife feel at ease. The work was completed to a good standard and everything was cleaned up each day, so very little mess. They done such a good job they are now coming back to do more work for us."

Although lintel installed, I wanted and instructed for more than 'the minimum over lap' for greater strength this was not done. Wall cut was not straight, cavity was not closed as instructed by brick (a plastic cover was used, (not what I asked for) ) brick work on inner wall not even left remotely straight or in line with outer wall. I have spent many days correcting this so it has parallel side walls or my door will not fit properly and securely.
