"We had an idea of the alterations we would like to have made to our home, which were not in any way ideas that we proceeded with. We're very glad we didn't, and very grateful to Robbie for taking time to listen to us, discover how we like to live in our home, and offer advice and suggestions. Robbie guided us through what could be achieved whilst getting the best value for our budget. He took us through design, regulations, planning and several reviews until we arrived at a plan that gave us what we wanted and what we really needed too. He then remained a valuable point of contact throughout construction. His support has been responsive, reliable, reassuring and unstinting.
