Dan did an exceptional job at renewing my old facia boards along with my soffits and guttering. Also tidied up everything after the work was completed ,wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Roof valley replacement Danny refurbished my tile roof, including new valleys, gulleys and ridge tiles. Also replaces some hanging tiles. Danny did an excellent job and showed a real eye for detail. I highly recommend Danny based on the work he did for me. He was also punctual and professional. I will definitely use Danny again if I need more roofing or building work done.

Car Port roof replacement In November 2023, further to the work done by Danny Hilding, Director of D.H. Roofing and Property Maintenance Ltd., on my carport roof, I asked him to undertake work which I wanted to be done to renovate my garage. I did this as a result of the excellent work which Danny had completed for me a couple of weeks earlier. As had been the case with his earlier work, Danny proved to be reliable in not only doing exactly what I asked for when I asked for it but also providing alternatives for me to consider as the work progressed. This turned out to be very valuable to me and led to positive and pleasing solutions. His advice was not born out of a desire on his part to produce results that would suit him but, instead, to guide me in the direction of what would be tasteful and fitting. He was successful in this regard because he had had a good deal of experience of this type of work and could see ways around snags which would not be soluble by me. I was also grateful for his good taste, something which is lacking in my own repertoire. The garage was not a modern structure but it involved fittings which had become obsolete. Nevertheless, Danny was able to provide me with viable ways of refurbishing the building using more modern items. Overall, he cleaned and painted, with more than one coat, the exterior of the garage. He cleaned the roof and applied suitable bitumen paint to it. The guttering had become inefficient and he knew a way of replacing it with guttering of a suitable size, coloured to my wife’s preference! Danny is a versatile and flexible worker and he was willing to replace a broken window and renew and paint its frame. He is a calm and thoughtful man and highly capable. One gets a very clear sense that he is not a salesman but is a problem-solver who does not cut corners. I consider myself lucky to have had the benefit of his services and those of his staff. I am now considering the next job I would like him to tackle
