"Dylan has been absolutely fantastic with helping me with my laptop. Not only did he help with mine he actually helped with my patterns as well. He came over multiple times to sort a myriad of issues (sadly my laptop ended up crashing in a different way that completely wrecked it but through no fault of Dylan). If I ever need more support I will 100% be contacting Dylan, he picked up where another technician left and fixed the problem quicker and with a much nicer attitude. My dogs also liked him!"
"We had an issue with a PC suddenly shutting down and we could not figure out what the problem was. I called Dylan and he arranged to come and take a look the following day which I was very impressed by. Dylan was extremely professional, very friendly and totally committed to finding the issue for us. He identified where the problem was and now the PC is working perfectly and has been for a number of weeks. I cannot fault Dylan, I would 100% call him again, if we have any IT issues. Thanks so much Dylan!"
