"William and John worked assiduously and responsibly to complete the tasks within the estimated time. I am very pleased with the end product. Whilst working they pointed out that some tiles on our roof were loose and so it was agreed that they would do that for us. They could not finish the hedge trimming since, while working, they noticed a nest of doves. I have decided to pay them in full as I know that they will come back to finish the job once the young doves have flown the nest."

I booked Direct Home Improvements in July to redisign my small front garden. they were due to start on 9th Sept. I had purchased artificial trees and plants, I kept in contact to let them know what was being ordered and to ask their opinion. Ocassionally they would answer quickly and other times it took days. They said they would pop over on Saturday before the work was due to start to measure and to dot the plants around. They did not show on Saturday so I chased and they said it would be Sunday. No show on Sunday and no show to start the work on 9th with no communication.
