DKB recently completed renovations of both my main bathroom and downstairs toilet. Both rooms required a huge amount of work. I visited the showroom, and Steve took the time to go through different options with me. John was my fitter, and he was amazing. His work ethic and attention to detail was incredible. I wanted him to stay and complete all of the other work that I need done in my house!

I recently contacted Discount Kitchens & Bathrooms for a new fitted kitchen. From speaking initially to Jackie about our family's unique requirements I felt confident this company could deliver and I wasnt disappointed. Steve came out within a fee days and planned a fabulous new kitchen which was quickly followed up by a survey, with John going into exact detail on ehat I could expect. The job, itself, was done within 5 days. Tom, the fitter was punctual, pleasant, he always cleaned up after him and completed the work to the highest standard. Overall, I am delighted with my new made-to-measure kitchen and would highly recommend this company.

Choosing our new bathroom at the showroom was made easy by Gary, the sales manager who was very knowledgable about the products and gave us lots of options on layout and design. After choosing our preferred bathroom we were given a date when the work would commence. A week or so before the work started a survey was carried out by John who was friendly and helpful and confirmed that everything we’d chosen would fit. The work started on time and the fitters, Steve and Mark did an excellent job. They, like John were helpful and friendly. They started work early in the morning and worked until 5 or 6 o’clock in the evening. Jackie in the office kept in touch to ensure we were happy throughout the installation process and we certainly were! Our bathroom has been finished to a very high standards and is absolutely beautiful! I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received from our initial visit to the showroom to the completed installation of our new bathroom. Thank you Discount Kitchens and Bathrooms you did a superb job!

From the initial planning visit from Steve Crosbie, through the surveying visit, to the installation by Steve and Mark, we cannot fault the team at DKB. They accommodated our changes with no issues, and left the site spotless.
