"Our bathroom was completely refitted to a wet room for me as I am disabled. Dean was excellent from start to finish with the design, listened and took on board everything that we wanted. Gus fitted the wet room and was absolutely brilliant, tidy, courteous and very hard working. I would highly recommend this company especially if you are looking for a disabled wet/bathroom."

The problem arose when I contacted the Council regarding the Building Regulation Certificate. They informed me that they hadn't been asked to check the building work as it progressed and would now need proof it met regulations. I assumed that a Builder of over 25 years experience would be aware of the regulations and would have contacted or asked me to contact the council to arrange a visit. Both the council and I have tried contacting the Builder to no avail. Help!!"
