We hired Dobson Roofing and Joinery to fit flooring on 12th December, quoted as a one-day job starting at 8am. He arrived two hours late and made very little progress. He brought a teenage boy who lay under the stairs all day, which was unprofessional. He failed to turn up on the Saturday and Sunday despite promises and no communication until late messages with excuses. He finally returned late again, laid flooring incorrectly, then lifted and damaged it. He stopped responding entirely. We started with 27 boxes (£900–£1,000) and were left with unusable, damaged flooring. Avoid.
