D+R Plastering

Skimming of walls in living room and dining room Booked D&R to undertake the plastering of my living room and dining room. Neither of them bothered turning up on the allotted day or phoning to explain. After numerous calls by myself and my daughter to find out what the issue was, hours after the job should have started the telephone was answered by Ross and story given why he was a no show. No explanation was given to why his work partner Derek didn't come to start the job or at least have the decency to phone me to say they couldn't come. Ross said he'd phone me back in an hour after speaking to Derek and getting his head straight. After waiting 2 hours I called again, yet again the call went to voicemail and I stressed how urgently I needed to know what was happening due to having decoraters, carpet fitters and furniture deliveries booked. Six days have passed and I am still waiting for the phone call back.!!! I Would certainly not recommend this firm.

Utility walls and ceiling to be plastered Ross and the boys arrived on time as agreed. They were very professional, hard working and polite. They did a great job and left the room clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them.

Refurbishing ex-showroom - needs plastering D and R came out within 24hrs gave us a quote which we accepted the work was carried out 3 days later . am pleased with the work done would use them again . R Lee Site Manager James Halstead plc ltd

New office Met with Ross on Monday to give a price to plaster 3 offices, 2 toilets and 19 metres of front-facing office walls, price agreed. work started on the Thursday and was complete by Friday lunchtime. Our workforce was amazed by the pace the guys set and the attention to detail was first class. after trying to find a plasterer for 4 weeks and was let down 3 times it was refreshing to see someone turn up when they say they would and complete on time. I would have no problem recommending Ross and his team, fantastic job guys well done
