Gary replied to our initial contact within the promised 2 hours. He arrived promptly the following morning and within 40 minutes had the machine working once more. He was professional and courteous and I would certainly use him again

Beware, only book a call out if you are absolutely sure the repair is an easy one, otherwise you are likely to pay £65 for nothing! I booked a repair with very precise description of the problem. Despite this the engineer turned up, looked at the machine for 30 seconds, just told my daughter that it was not worth repairing and demanded payment from her, putting her in a very vulnerable situation. Gary claims in his response to my review on Google that I did not agree to a repair...I was never asked to agree... The machine has since been repaired by a professional, no problem at all.

My Bosch washer/dryer wasn't draining water. This happened just after Christmas. Gary came out very promptly - within 2 hours of contacting him - and the issue was fixed. Thankyou for coming out just after a bank holiday period when other repair services were still on holiday.
