The boys came and re wired our whole house, as the electrics were very old and dangerous when we moved in. They were so helpful and worked with and around us, we had just moved in so were all over the place. Top quality work, fitted indoor and out door lights, plugs, fuse box, you name it they did it. 10/10 great work.

Gareth responded to my voicemail message within 15 minutes. He very generously gave me advice over the phone on how to get my oven working after the power tripped. I would highly recommend EPM electrical.

We asked Gareth to come in and do an EICR report and to bring our flat up to standard for renting. Communication was excellent. Gareth and Rob were both very polite and the work (which included a new consumer unit and kitchen lights) was completed with minimum fuss to a very high standard. Particularly pleased with the new kitchen light set-up. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing electrical work done.

Gareth recently rewired a property I had purchased and did an absolutely fantastic job. Not only did he make safe the electrics throughout the property, he also gladly added in plug sockets at request and completed some additional plumbing jobs. He even spotted some structural issues our surveyor had missed and relayed these to our builder! Gareth was so kind and helpful throughout the job and since. He kept costs within budget. He was very clean and thorough in his work. And he provided updates throughout his work, always giving me the opportunity to add things or to say if things weren’t what I wanted (which was never the case because he did everything as requested from our initial walk through!). Gareth is a very honest and hard-working person, who gives advice and support willingly and generously. I would absolutely recommend him. He contacted me just this morning to let me know that we had mistakenly overpaid his invoice and to organise a refund for this in our preferred way asap!

EPM provided a professional service which was efficient, cost effective and value for money. The openess and knowledge of what an electrician would undertake was explained to us in detail - with a detailed quote and no hidden costs. It was clear at the outset what we had budgeted for. One of the jobs required 1st and 2nd fixes in multiple rooms including WiFi, and CCTV outside the property. Connectivity was perfect for our needs. A new electricity ring circuit was installed with a new improved fuse board USB front socket outlets which involved taking up wooden floor in both rooms. The floor was replaced with no damage and all jobs were completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend giving Gareth a call as his personality and attitude is geared towards giving to the best advice and solution which is cost and energy efficient. Sometimes you search and search for the right tradesman to do the job. For me when it comes to electrics I will always call Gareth.

Gareth (and Bob) carried out a CCTV install in my porch recently. They were professional, helpful and punctual throughout the install and have installed a bit of kit which makes our home feel that much safer. Would highly recommend for any similar work.

I have recently used the services of EPM, and I must congratulate Gareth (and Bob) for their professionalism in undertaking the work required. They spent 3 days at our property installing new consumer units, new electrical sockets throughout (including outside), and general electrical 'tidying up' in our older property. Arriving promptly daily and explaining their work as they went along (I'm just a curious guy). The work will be signed off and certified, and I will be having EPM back once our new kitchen has been installed.
