"Dean got back to me quickly from a Checkatrade enquiry and was friendly and helpful on the phone. He came round to look at our complex problem, clearly very experienced and offered a reasonable solution for a decent price. His workmanship has been truly impressive: re-fitting a waste pipe to create more flow, digging out a larger hole through the thick concrete floor, fitting a non-return valve, chasing in the electricity and pipe work to a new sump pump and making good. It's the first time I haven't been terrified at stepping foot in our cellar! Thanks, Dean!"
