The guy was very professional & did exactly what was needed.

After seeing a full house renovation including loft conversion and a large extension next door which was amazing I commissioned Dream Lofts and Extensions to build my extension, replace all fences, post and repaved garden path and patio area. Was completed to a very high standard and we are extremely happy with the work undertaken. I would happily recommend Michael and his highly skilled team, who we found to be very polite and approachable.

Our loft conversion project started just at the beginning of the pandemic. Despite the numerous challenges Mihail and his team did their best to finish the job with great quality and care.

I cannot fault the work completed by Michael and his team. They were absolutely fantastic and restored my faith that not all builders are bad. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with a team of builders before Michael. They had taken a lot of our money and left us with an incomplete house. I was left with a leaking roof, electrics and plumbing that were unsafe and incomplete, insulation and plasterboard, completion of bathrooms and kitchen. My whole house was a building site and the team at Dream lofts, extensions and general builders, were quick, efficient, clean, trustworthy and reliable. They were at our home at 8am every morning and I would get a breakdown every day about the work that had been completed and what the upcoming work will be. I would not trust anyone else now. I was given a 6week timeline of when the work will be completed, and that's exactly what they delivered. Thank you for all that you did for me and my family!

We started work in May to do a side return extension, laundry room and a new under stairs cloakroom. Mihail’s team were professional, yet friendly which is important when you have a team in your home 6 days a week. We are delighted with the end result and felt Mihail really cared about the job from start to finish. He always consulted us on the finish we wanted and the best way to achieve it. Michael and his team of builders. Did a complete renovation on our flat during 2020. Walls were removed and new ones built, new kitchen and bathroom were installed. Soundproofing for floors, new wooden floor, new tiling in the bathroom and on the floor. New electrical wiring, sockets, ambient lighting. All plumbing and plastering were renewed. Walk-in closet in the bedroom. New internal doors. The work was carried out under very difficult circumstances due to the new COVID rules that were introduced during the renovation. Working hours were restricted by the building as were the acceptable noise levels. However, the work was completed on time and conducted in a very professional manner. The flat looked amazing on completion. He had no problem with following plans that were submitted by the kitchen and bathroom companies in the flat he improved on the designs. We have no hesitation in recommending Michael's company.
