City Damp Proofing Limited did internal works for me in 2019 tanking my bathroom, lounge and one of the bedrooms successfully so when more damp works were needed this year both internally and externally in my garden flat I did not hesitate to use them again. I also recommended them to other neighbours in the building who were in need of damp work. Mr Omer's 20 years of experience in the industry is clearly evident, keeping me informed of what work was being carried out at each stage of the process & why. Also answering my questions and queries as they would crop up. Definitely recommended.

I used City Damp Proofing Limited to further assess some damp that was detected in the survey during a house purchase. This was carried out very well, with full supporting documents and quotes for the works. On purchase of the property, I asked City Damp Proofing to carry out the works which they did well and on time, along with some other building works that needed doing at the same time. This was a personable, and stress-free experience. Communication was excellent and the works were carried out satisfactorily.

Wow! Huriye and his colleague, did a fantastic job in my flat sorting out the damp and mold problem. He assessed the issues and came up with a solution very quickly and only took a day to install 3 heat recovery ventilators, 2 air bricks and treat and seal the outside brickwork. It's only been a day and already my flat is less stuffy and humid. Friendly, fast, and efficient! Thank you so much, you're the best! Jen

Omer and his team carried out damp proofing work mainly in the kitchen and laid a patio area with utmost care. They worked exceptionally hard throughout very hot weather and always cleaned up thoroughly each day. Omer explained every step of the process, giving plenty of advice in a friendly and personable manner. Punctual and efficient.

Whilst reinstalling a radiator, they left a valve open, which resulted in our dining room floor being completely flooded. Despite admitting to these faults, they have been uncooperative for months, refusing to pay for a new floor to be fitted. We were also left without heating and hot water, and we had to pay to get this rectified. We found they had accessed our cupboards without permission, taking our food and leaving wrappers. They cut through our Fibre Optic cable, leaving us without WiFi. Furthermore, the company has not provided the guarantees of the work as per the contract.
