This business contacted me on the back of a request I put out. I arranged with him to visit one of my properties that had a tenant with 2 young kids. He was suppose to review and provide a quote. First, he only sent a quote via text and next he told the young mother that he "thought" there was asbestos in the ceiling with no evidence despite telling him there was no such thing as the ceiling was replaced within the last 10 years. In the end, had to pay a firm to run test for asbestos which confirmed what I already knew...there was no asbestos. I will not recommend this firm.
Very generous on my tight budget, very polite and professional throughout, this contractor can build a house from the ground up... I highly recommend DRM Home Renovations Services.
