Pipe repairs Dave was booked to complete work but didn't arrive. He then didn't respond to follow up messages, and I have not heard from him in two weeks. Answer from tradesperson: Lynsey’s house was impossible to park nearby, I couldn’t park within half a mile, I contacted Lynsey to tell her that I couldn’t carry tools that far. I attempted parking many times but it wasn’t possible. Lynsey even admitted she had to park her own car a long way from home. What more could I do. Reply created 4 Jan 2026

Blocked toilet- £180 first hour- £90 for add

Bathroom tiles We needed to replace the 26sq m of tiles in our bathroom, a job we had put off for years. Dave was excellent. He turned up when he said he would. Put in a full days work each day and just got on with it. We are very pleased with the end result. Pricing was very competitive. Dave, thank you for working so hard and doing a great job.

Toilet and shower repair Very efficient, punctual, clean and fair pricing

Investigate and repair internal leak I had been struggling to engage a local plumber and decided to give MyBuilder a go. Dave responded almost immediately and came round to diagnose the problem the next day. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem and secured parts and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Dave did a great job and was very reasonably priced. I would thoroughly recommend.

New walk in shower with seat Dave worked very quickly and tidily . Did the job of replacing a bath with a walk in shower with drop down seat including a wall handle . Fitted panels which are so much easier than tiles to keep clean. Overall Dave was friendly and punctual and got on with his work quietly with no fuss or problems. The walk in shower was for my mother who is very pleased with her new shower. Thank you

Installation of new shower enclosure Very accommodating and on time every day. Standard of work was great, would definitely recommend.

New bathroom to be fitted Dave turned up on time each morning, kept cloths down to protect carpet (even though it needs replacing anyway), kept the work area tidy at the end of each day and overall did a great job replacing my bathroom suite. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for some work to be done on their house.

Washing machine not filling up with water

Leak under kitchen sink. Tap turned off & water still running in pipe Dave responded quickly to my job which was posted late in the evening and came out the next day. Very professional and excellent service and a fair price. Dave identified the leak and worked to correct it. A highly skilled plumber, very neat finish and careful as he worked. Would 100% recommend.
