"Our windows and 2 doors replaced by DWL. Planning and ordering was good and they were competitive. The 2 fitters worked hard rushing around fitting the windows much quicker than expected. However, some glass was wrong type, bad marks and misaligned lead work.2 door panels were the wrong size leaving a big gap which was a security risk. Fixing was a major problem; the installation manager was hard to contact and no reply to messages. When he did reply he said he would look into it and promised to get back which also didn’t happen. No one likes to be lied to. Almost 4 months to get it all done"

Firstly - they’ve since gone into liquidation … The doors (nearly 20k value) took nearly 9 months to be fitted instead of 12 weeks as quoted. And even then only after lots of chasing and threats of legal action due to contract being breached. Had them out twice to fix issues with marks and imperfections but nothing done. Now they’ve gone into liquidation. Avoid at all costs if they re-appear / restart trading.
Still leaking window that has never been put right`,,, no customer service and unable to contact them..Stay well away!
