"Excellent. Professional, down to earth advice, competitive quote, all done in good time-frame. Left the site extremely clear of rubbish. Went out of their way to ensure that we would be happy with the completed project. Work done to OFTEC regulations. Stress free. Can't recommend highly enough."

"I didn't really want to write this review as I have no problem with the installation of the boiler. DY Maintenance fitted a new gas boiler November 2023 with no issues. Long story short I am selling the property and it has been brought to my attention that the boiler has never been registered. After two phone messages and email sent, no reply! I have had to pay another Gas Safe engineer to inspect and sign off the boiler so I can obtain the Building Regulations Compliance Certificate that is required by the solicitors, very disappointed with DY Maintenance."
