They were polite, friendly, approachable and a pleasure to have around the family home. What is unique about East Land & Construction Ltd unlike other builder's I know is the fact that they take time to explain processes and the importance using the best materials to achieve the best results. We had a Loft conversion and 6 metre extension. Very few companies I know in the industry would stay past 6pm to get the job done. East Land & Construction Ltd team are very competent and friendly and they take care and attention to what they do. Nothing was too much trouble for East Land & Construction Ltd and Habib acts not only as a foreman but as a project manager to ensure the materials and various labourers all come together perfectly. Also another key point to note is that East Land & Construction Ltd finished the work exactly as planned from the offset, again very rare in this industry. I would have no hesitation in recommending East Land & Construction Ltd team and will definitely be using them for our next project.

A full house renovation with rear extension and loft conversion all completed to time and without delay. Habib went over and above in sharing his expertise and best practice and was always on hand to run suggestions and improvements by us. We were living in our property during the build and I was able to continue working from home with minimal disruption during an extensive house renovation. East Land & Construction Ltd built a side extension to our house. Moved the kitchen from one side to the other, they also built a fabulous decked patio, utility room and wet room. Habib who owns the company is 100% hands on and a great communicator and problem solver as-well as being a fantastic builder. He runs a great team and he leads by example. We are utterly delighted with the work that they have done for us. It involved moving all the utilities, it was at times very messy and noisy but everyday they left the house as tidy as can be. We live next to a school so had to build in school holidays, the school was a tricky neighbour to deal with but Habib managed it with professionalism and courtesy. Having builders in the house isn’t always easy but Habib and his team were an utter pleasure. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Habib often came up with some lovely ideas. We 100% recommend East Land & Construction Ltd for any building job big or small.
