"Highly recommended! He was polite and friendly and explained the problem with our boiler very easily, unlike other people who used loads of technical terms that we obviously wouldn't understand. He was on time and fixed our old boiler within half an hour rather than insisting that we needed a new one, as other people had done. Really happy and would definitely use again."

Made an appointment but Martin didn't come. He replied phone call and then cut me off. Would not reply to phone calls. Now my job is delayed by a couple of weeks. Heating not working properly in winter is a serious issue.
Cant fault the boiler (worcester bosch 30i) been 12 months since the job took place , still waiting for the promised invoice after several reminders to martin.
