Neil responded quickly to a quote request and was able to complete the EPC the next working day - the communication and whole end to end process was easy and carried out in a professional manner.
The chap came out a month ago, and I havnt heard from him since. The EPC has not gone on line and iv been unable to get through to him on e mail, land line or Mobile phone which just goes dead and bounces back messages unsent. Id like my £60 back!
