I twice made an appointment with Mr French for him to view the work to be done and provide a competitive quote. Mr French failed to arrive for either appointment, failed to give notice or a reason for his absence and failed to return my call when I tried contacting him. I appreciate he may be busy, and long may that continue but that does not excuse this poor service. The contract will be awarded elsewhere and he will now be taken off the kitchen tender list.

Elite design were recommended to us by friends. New windows and patio door have been fitted by Steve and Geoff. They arrived on time and completed on time. The finished job was first class. They went the extra mile to make sure the best result was achieved. They will be our first choice for our next project. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

They completed quite a large orangery for us complete with bifold doors. They also did some internal works including removing walls, inserting new steels abs helping get 2 rooms ready for final finishing by the kitchen company and other trades in the lounge. I found them both extremely likeable and the quality of their work was good. Unfortunately Covid caused a few unavoidable delays but this was obviously beyond their control and overall we are delighted with the end results. Thanks Steve and Geoff ????
