Expand outdoor steps area and add railing We would like to say that if you want a supportive and patient builder who knows a lot about his stuff, and will help you realise your potentially changing plans with grace and ideas, all at a very reasonable price, then you won't get much better than Samad. Let us explain using our recently completed project. We had a vision for replacing the outdoor steps to our front door, so we made enquiries on mybuilder.com. We were impressed with Samad's plans for reusing as much as possible to minimise costs while still producing an excellent result. So we hired him to get the job done. But then, there were several people in our home who then decided to change things. First, we changed the type of tiles, and presented Samad with the most difficult type to install; he accepted this with grace and we are all pleased with the result. But in addition, we added handrails to the project. Then, changed the handrails to be installed from the side. Then, increased the height of the handrails. And annoyingly, we did some of this while Samad was on site working on our project. As a result, he ended up visiting more times than expected, and the project took much longer than expected. Still, Samad kindly accommodated us, and as mentioned earlier, we are all pleased with the finished product. Needless to say, we would not hesitate to recommend him. Wall rebuild Sam done a 9 inch wall rebuild for me and was very professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Front door steps stone or brick (2-3) with handrail Tiled concrete stairs and handrail installed. Samad has completed top quality work for my elderly parents. After change of bow windows : repointing and plastering We hired Samad for a small job, repointing an plastering a small section of an interior brick wall. Samad was very nice and knowledgeable, it was really appreciated. He gave us advices and helped on other jobs around and we talked about future jobs too. I recommend him :)

Brick in internal doorway Sam was very good at coming to view the job and getting back to us with a quote. He organised for plastering and plumbing work as well as the original bricking in of the doorway. The job was done as per his schedule. Sam provided a very responsive, friendly and efficient service. I am sure we will use him again.
