We have converted our conservatory polycarbonate roof to a solid tiled roof. Excellent service from start to finish. A full explanation of what was available for our job and a very reasonable quote, without any pressure selling whatsoever. Then a well oiled team springs into action who are without exception extremely friendly, professional and give their all to the job. The job was finished in the specified time and we were kept fully informed at all times. The end result was exactly to specification and cannot be faulted. Hi, myself & my wife had been thinking for a while now about getting our conservatory glass roof converted to a new tiled one has it always became uncomfortable to enjoy sitting in there during hot summer days. Luckily for us we were highly recommended your company from our friend Julie who had recently had there conservatory roof replaced. So now to let you know how pleased we are with our new conservatory roof and the fantastic service and professional workmanship we witnessed during the three days it took to complete the work. Everyone single person from the salesman, the surveyor, the builders, the electrician & finally the plasterer was polite & courteous and showed utter respect to us and our property. I for one never in a million years would have imagined the work the goes into a roof conversion but can now see why it’s totally worth the cost.I would personally and without any doubt recommend this company to anybody who is thinking of having a conservatory roof conversion it will be hard to find anyone better. Steve came along from Ensign and quoted to replace our existing 7m x 3m conservatory and made recommendations in terms of design and saving money by adapting the existing dwarf wall to suit. Once we accepted his quote, Richard then came to do the survey and we discussed and agreed a few amendments to the original plan. The frames were replaced, a new lantern roof installed and all the interior walls plastered. The floor was also raised to the same height as the house floor. Work started on the Monday and was completed by Friday when the electrician came and installed all the sockets and lighting. Although I made changes and added bits on as the build was in progress, they stuck to the quote. Couldn’t speak highly enough of Steve, Richard and the whole team who worked tirelessly to complete the job in a week. I highly recommend this company.

Decided to replace our 19 year old polycarbonate conservatory roof as was at the point of no return, we had originally received a price from Ensign in early 2020 but held back due to the pandemic. Decided to push the button this year and have to say was the best decision I've made, from start to finish the guys at Ensign have been amazing and extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the technical jargon resulting in a room we can now use throughout the year. An excellent job from start to finish. The builders worked tirelessly and professionally to complete a large conservatory roof in the allotted time with an excellent result. Followed by excellent service from the plasterer and the electrician. Everyone was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
