Andrew arrived promptly, collecting the keys from a neighbour without fuss. Everything, including all paperwork, was turned around in less that 12 hours - super efficiency! EPC was accurate and Andrew measured the property space correctly, concuring with the structural engineer's report, in contrast to the previous EPC assessor. Made the process easy from start to finish. Definitely will be using again. Thank you Andrew!"
