My 19th century 2 bed terrace house had been plagued with rising damp and condensed problems. Essex & Anglia Preservation Ltd (E&AP Ltd) came to my rescue. I would absolutely recommend this company. From Zak the surveyor, to the damp proofer plasterers Joel and his son. Not forgetting the very helpful office staff. I was advised by a colleague to obtain at least 3 quotes before going ahead. E&AP Ltd were the cheapest, and I’d suggest the very best of the 3. I was given a full written report with photographs and diagrams to show exactly what need doing. Zak went above and beyond and was most supportive with his advice. Don’t worry about getting numerous quotes for damp proofing go directly to Essex & Anglia Preservation Ltd.
