George has excellent spatial awareness and understands what is genuinely possible within a property — structurally, practically and visually. He delivers core works in-house, including building, carpentry, plumbing, electrics and bespoke joinery/fitted units, ensuring one consistent standard from start to finish. Dotty leads interior design and manages the full project operation behind the scenes — ordering, supplier coordination, scheduling, admin, client communication, and payments — ensuring projects run smoothly and professionally from start to finish. We do not use subcontractors for our core works. We outsource only specialist supply items through trusted trade partners, such as kitchens, fitted furniture and discreet heating systems. At Ethos, we guide — we don’t force. Every home is designed around how the client lives day-to-day, so the finished space feels effortless to live in — like a pair of quality slippers. We focus on longevity, practicality and timeless choices, not trend-led interiors that date quickly.
