"Michael was very professional at all times. He had good suggestions to guide me in my decisions. His builder who knocked through the wall did it by hand rather than use cutting drill to avoid dust through my house. Very considerate. Brushed up dirt and bricks. Took all the rubbish away without being reminded. The joiner was great to. All were tidy workers. Michael had it all organised and on hand to answer any questions. Very knowledgeable. Scaffolding delivered when it was meant to. I was kept up to date with each trade. Given a written quote ahead as discussed. All work went to plan."
