I used this company last August to repoint the cement on my house roof end verges.Now under a year later sections of the cement repair work have broken off.I contacted the company about this issue and they emailed me saying they don't guarantee repairs regarding cement work and blamed the weather conditions? Disappointed with this situation after paying a significant amount of money for this work.

Found Robert on the internet who promptly came within a day of contacting him to provide an estimate to replace one of my garage cement fibre roof panels which was cracked causing leaking. The replacement panel was prepared and then carefully fitted by Robert whose work was to a high standard. He also took time to check other panels looking for any issues. Prior to leaving he tidied up and kindly took the leaking panel away for disposal. The estimate cost for the job was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate calling Robert again to carry out further work required.

Fantastic work, very friendly and efficient

Was assured that leak in gutter would be easily fixed. Payed hundreds of pounds to this guy. Was still leaking badly as soon as it rained. I asked him if he could come and fix it. He said he did but there was no evidence of it. Then he said there was nothing more he could do about it. Felt like I'd been robbed.

We hired Executive to fix the mortar on our chimney, the quote aligned with repointing and we were happy. After the job was complete we noticed that he had not unpicked old cement and had just put new cement on top of old. He had missed many cracks and had overcharged for what he had done. When we contacted to come to a resolution, he was defensive and argumentative and while he offered to come and fix other cracks he was unwilling to redo the poorly done parts claiming he’s a ‘business not a charity’. Do not hire this man.

Very quick to respond, turned up within 2 days, happy with the work, but did say he would return and repair slates but has not returned to date.

Excellent worker, cracked on and got the job done cleaning up as he went. Fully explained what he was doing and why and making sure I was happy every step of the way. Would definitely recommend.

Would definitely recommend Executive Roof and Walls. Been trying to get someone to look at roof since October but kept being let down. Replied quickly and repaired roof as soon as possible and checked over all the roof for other problems. Very approachable and knowledgeable and very happy. No job too small for them and very reasonable too.

A really excellent company , punctual m the issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently. We when agreed to a full cleaning of the roof and guttering. Thus was done quickly and efficiently , all mess was cleaned up and the work site was spotless after the job was finished. I can wholeheartedly recommend the company for all roofing work

Very impressed with quality of workmanship, planning, preparation, and ordering of materials. Kept informed on progress of work. The work was carried out expeditiously. I have no hesitation in recommending Executive Roof and Walls. This company carried out the removal of thick moss growth and application of anti-fungicide to the house roof. Particular care was taken with large tarpaulins covering surfaces where detritus could land.. At finish all gutters etc were cleaned out. The finished removal of moss filled 15bags which were taken away. All affected area left clean and tidy.

Absolutely brilliant workmanship, quick to respond and quite honest about what is necessary to do without wasting time or money. This is the 2nd job done on emergency basis. And a 3rd one due but they are happy to wait while I am ready. So I’m quite confident in their services. They will also provide certification for jobs done so it can go with mortgage files that add value to my home and property.

Great service. Inspection on same day as we contacted to check we were safe and then work carried out the next morning. In addition, the entire roof was checked and recommendations made for future consideration. Highly recommend.

Company arrived in time to have a look at what was required, then sent a price quote. Once agreed company ordered all supplies, took a small deposit, arrived on date and time of job and left a very happy customer when finished.

Very happy with the service I received. Was told by a different firm I would have to replace the entire roof. He was able to see the problem and solve it ASAP, I also really appreciate how he explained everything. As someone with limited knowledge of roofs I really found it helpful to understand the problem and how it can be solved. He kept to his quote and stayed for 30 min checking constantly to make sure it worked. Cannot recommend enough.
