I hired EZ Construction to extend extractor fan wires and fix a hole behind it. He said he installed a vent cover behind it, but he didn't. Additionally, he damaged our fuse box and incorrectly wired the extractor fan causing it to be always on. When I reached out to the trader, he ignored my messages, blocked me, and ghosted me. The guy sounded nice, but his work quality was horrible. He left the place unclean, he got the filling all over the place and made the floor tiles very dirty with filling that is impossible to get rid of. I regret hiring him, he made things worse and fix nothing.
