Highlights

"Had a few problems with the combi boiler. On this occasion it was constantly over pressurizing and water coming out of the overflow. Eric diagnosed that the filling loop taps were letting water past and the pressure release valve had activated. New filling loop and taps was fitted with the minimum of fuss. He didn't have a Vaillant original PRV so fitted a generic one. That proved not to be satisfactory so he arrived the following day with a Vaillant one and replaced it. Very satisfied with his work and at a very reasonable price."

"Very good, 1 hr to diagnose the problem, came back the next day with the parts and worked for two hours to fit them. Couldn't originally give me a quote as not sure as to part prices, but said it wouldn't be huge. Extremely pleasantly surprised at the final bill. In the past I have had the feeling of being 'ripped off' by tradesmen, but Eric is an absolute gentleman and I would have no hesitation in calling him again."
