Fair Maintenance

Fit new bathroom suite Very poor experience. Left me with a leaking shower, leaking bath and rubbish in my front garden. Would not recommend. If you hire this tradesman please expect poor service and the job not to be finished. Have given John/James (depending on whether you go by the name he gives or the name on the website and quote) a number of weeks and telephone calls and opportunities to rectify the issues and finish the work, which is why I have only posted now as wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but he avoids calls and then hasn't arrived when agreed. The best bit was tiling looked good however has since become loose and cracked. Will be getting a professional to rectify the bad service completed.

Removal of old suite and fitting of new one Would very much recommend! Been very helpful, great price and very hard worker. Not finished yet but looks great already. Will be booking in for our other bits that need doing around the house! Shall not be using another builder :-)

Repairs John did an excellent job and his costs were very reasonable, keeping mainly to the estimate he gave me despite me finding a few more things for him to do. The quality of the work was good and he worked efficiently, arriving promptly and wasting no time. He has a very positive and pleasant attitude and I would have no problem in highly recommending him. I will not hesitate to call on him again.

Various small works on both domestic and commercial buildings for paul and his companie James always arrives on time. He is very friendly, explains work to be carried out very clear and understanding. He works very well and is very clean and tidy. James works on both our houses that we rent out and on our commercial units. I have never had any problems, in fact james has helped me out with issues relating to maintenance many times, and he has been a great help. I will continue to use James for all of the work i have up and coming. Thanks again James

Various maintenance around chloe and her husbands houses that they rent out James hung some doors and shelves around my new house, and also fitted my new kitchen. To which he even helped me design it. I got other quotes but James was the most fair, and honestly priced. I would hire James again, and would recommend him to all.
