"Quick to respond and came around the next day to price up (Christmas Eve). All done and dusted by 3rd January. They were quick, efficient and left no mess - what is not to like? They were both brilliant and were not phased by how awkward it was to fit these vents. Will happy use these guys again without fail."

Was due to come to confirm cause of damage and provide quote. Was 15mins late, and because another trade turned up 15mins early and they arrived at the same time, he said don’t worry about it as we have someone coming, he’s too busy. Very unprofessional and poor attitude. Even the other tradesman were surprised by his comment
