I had a large area of floor sanded. Tony and Kamber arrived on schedule and were polite, friendly and respectful towards me and of my home. They were happy to answer my questions and effortlessly resolved some challenges with awkward areas. They were efficient and did a first class job. I would definitely use this company again.

Fantastic communications and understanding following a 3 month postponement by me due to hospitilisation. The work was undertaken on time and finished ahead of time. Brilliant quality workmanship and a real pleasure to have Tony and Leo working in the house, with lots of tips on maintenance and cleaning. Very, very impressed all round.

The team has worked on our home twice (we love their work). Sadly both times, the final invoice was significantly higher than the estimate, this time up from c.£1,800 to £2,800. When I called to discuss this, a staff member raised their voice and threatened court action if I didn’t pay. My complaint was that our initial estimate included two coats of classic lacquer and a primer, but we chose a colour finish instead. We were charged £355 for the colour and still billed for the unused lacquer and primer they didn't have to put down. For reference, the colour is only £10 a bottle more expensive
