"BWT's surveyor Phil came to inspect the property and gave advice on several problem areas. He promptly sent a report and quote for injecting a damp proof course and replastering/tanking 2 kitchen walls. (The report also set out what external building maintenance work was necessary by builders.) Pete came to carry out the internal works over 4 days and has done a very good job. He and Phil answered all my queries before, during and after the work."

The whole of the team in the office and out on the job have been great. Very professional and affable team came to our house.
