This job was for carpet fitting only with me providing the materials of 2 bedrooms & 1 landing.On the day of the job,F@H sent only 1 person to fit the carpets, the person arrived, inspected the materials that were available (carpet rolls, underlays, trims)and started to complain saying the underlay was not enough and the grippers were bad quality and then said that he wasn't expecting to have carpet rolls that need to be cut. And he left failing to fulfil the job F&A accepted. Prior to the installation day, they asked many questions but never asked me if the carpet was already cut to size.
