Wren kitchen installation and fitter required Fantastic job by Dan - Fort Edge. Clean job, well detailed. Completed our Wren kitchen, installed a smart and connected all our water filters and smart water kitchen sink. all appliances connected with Gas certificate issued. I cant ask for more...very friendly as well!

Install new kitchen I am very happy with the work Dan carried out on the kitchen insulation. He was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail throughout the job. The insulation was installed to a high standard, and the final finish is neat and solid. Dan worked efficiently, kept the area tidy, and communicated clearly during the process. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend him.

Install new kitchen Brilliantly! Mr Fort is very pleasant young man who is extremely competent at his job and worked methodically with precision for three solid days and left a new kitchen and new bathroom beautiful and immaculate. Partial Kitchen Install I am very pleased with Dan's works. He arrived on time as agreed, was very polite and tidy with his works. The kitchen installation looks great! Will use him again if there is similar works that need doing in the future.

2 bathroom refitting AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! The plumber turned up in first morning reeking of alcohol. Most plumbing jobs were then done by unqualified people, which resulted in one toilet has backflow of sewage. The quality of flooring work was truly shocking. The poor quality was deliberately hidden under the floor protecting sheets. Dan offered to do a job for free and promised the best quality of work to entice us to the agreement. The quality suffered as so many rush jobs done on the last day and no time for snagging. We asked to keep £500 out of £15k total job cost until snagging is done. Dan begged us to pay him in full and promised to do the snagging after his holiday. 2 weeks after his holiday he told us he was not happy with his own quote and demanded extra pay. Our trust was abused by Dan. I held back the review to give him every opportunity to complete the work. But now I feel the need to give my honest review so that no one else will make the same mistake of trusting him. However, your account of events doesn’t paint a full picture. We offered to complete the work to your satisfaction, and while we know things didn’t go as smoothly as expected, we did make every attempt to resolve the situation, including offering to do the snagging after my holiday. The fact that you withheld payment was a decision on your part, which left the project incomplete on both ends. It should be mentioned that you had us to pay for the parking permits, with no parking anywhere near your house. As for the allegations about unqualified staff and the alcohol comment, these are serious claims that don’t reflect the professionalism we strive for. The workmen was sacked on the day. Install new kitchen, removal of stud wall, add new wall Dan and his team installed a new kitchen and created a new bedroom by completing internal structural work to change the existing layout of our three floor town-house. From providing an initial quote, guiding me through the process through to completion of the job on time and within the price quoted, Dan and his team have been amazing! I have really valued their honesty, excellent skills and dedication to doing a good job. Dan quoted an excellent price and kept me up to date with costs and timings doing all that he could to ensure we kept to budget and completed the job on in good time. I really love my kitchen and bedroom! I would definitely recommend Dan and his fantastic team at Fort Edge Ltd.

New kitchen

Small bathroom refurbishment We had our small bathroom refurbished by Dan. Very satisfied with Dan and his team. Dan's communication was excellent and his inputs were quite valuable to improving the overall design of the new bathroom. He also helped with few other small jobs around the house and at no extra cost. The prices were reasonable for the quality and he kept us updated wherever there was a deviation from the original quote he provided. I found him to be quite honest and will definitely be happy to reach out to him for other jobs in the house.

Plumbing for a small kitchen Dan and his team were amazing. From day one they talked us through what needed doing and the time scale required. They worked meticulously to the deadline even saving us some money by using only units and fittings needed. They even went out of their way to do other bits to ensure the kitchen was properly installed. As they were so good, hardworking and honourable we referred them to other family members. Remove current & install new worktops/sink An excellent job! Dan & his partner completed my worktop/sink refresh within a single day and I am delighted with the result. Old sink/worktops removed & left tidy in the garage, all cut to manageable lengths for ease of disposal. The new worktops, enamel sink, plumbing kit & tap all cut/fitted to perfection, look amazing and no issues since. Dan even cut additional lengths to size for me for use elsewhere. A wholly professional service, good communication, left the kitchen spotless & very competitively priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use their services again. Thank you Dan!
