Andy was very polite and professional. Discussed possible issues based on my summary of the problem and costs before coming out to the property so there were no surprises. He explained what he found and showed me the broken parts and made sure I was comfortable with the proposed work to rectify the issue before proceeding.

I contacted Andy due to a problem with my patio door being stuck the deadbolts not moving. From the get go Andy’s communication was spot on relevant questions asked to work out if he was the best person for the job as to not waste each others time. He was also able to provide estimated cost for scenarios in advance to manage expectations. The next day Andy arrived at the time stated. Quickly diagnosed the issue and set about the repair. Can't speak any more highly of Andys service, we had a digital safe where the batteries had died and we'd lost our key following a house move. He provided a prompt and friendly service and managed to open the safe without drama at a price that we were happy with.

Called Andy one day and he was here the next. Diagnosed the problem over the phone so came fully prepared for the job .Prompt , polite efficient and reasonably priced job. Very happy with service.

Andy left a message, on a Sunday, and we agreed the following day to carry out the work. He turned up at the agreed time and promptly removed and replaced the lock. Great service from a pleasant and customer focused professional. Highly recommended.
